By accessing or using the METTRA website or submitting forms through our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Overview
Mettra Food Hall (“Mettra,” “we,” “our”) is a multi-vendor dining and event destination in Long Island City. By entering the premises, purchasing from vendors, or booking an event, guests agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
2. Multi-Vendor Experience
Mettra features a curated selection of independent food and beverage vendors.

Each vendor operates independently and is responsible for its own menu, pricing, food preparation, and service.

Menu items, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

Guests with allergies or dietary restrictions should consult directly with individual vendors.
3. Payments & Transactions

Transactions are processed directly by individual vendors unless otherwise specified for private events or packaged experiences.

Refunds, exchanges, and dispute resolutions are handled by the respective vendor.

Mettra is not responsible for individual vendor transactions.
4. Guest Conduct
To ensure a high-quality experience for all guests:

Respectful and appropriate behavior is required at all times.

Disruptive, unsafe, or unlawful conduct will not be tolerated.

Mettra reserves the right to refuse service or remove any guest at its discretion.
5. Events & Private Bookings
Mettra accommodates private and semi-private events for up to 300 guests.

All bookings require a signed agreement and deposit to confirm the reservation.

Final details, including guest count and vendor selections, must be confirmed in advance.

Cancellation policies, payment schedules, and minimum spend requirements will be outlined in individual event agreements.

Outside food, beverages, or vendors require prior written approval from Mettra management.
6. Alcohol Service

Alcohol service is subject to New York State laws and regulations.

Valid government-issued identification is required.

Mettra reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to any guest.
7. Liability Disclaimer

Guests assume all risks related to food consumption, including allergies and dietary sensitivities.

Mettra is not liable for the acts, omissions, or services of independent vendors.

Mettra is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
8. Property & Damages
Guests and event hosts are responsible for any damage caused to Mettra property or vendor spaces. Applicable repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.
9. Photography & Media
Mettra may capture photo and video content on-site for marketing and promotional use. By entering the premises, guests consent to such use unless otherwise communicated in writing.
10. Modifications
Mettra reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
